West Chester -- Olive Branch and Sarcone's Deli

We were able to drive through WC with virtually no traffic today, so we took the opportunity to look closely at the food places. Two questions for those on this board.
Olive Branch -- tapas place on W Gay St. 2-3 doors east of Mediterranean. Anyone been? Any opinions?
Sarcone's Deli -- south side of Market St. west of the transportation center. They say it's all about the bread, so I'm guessing they have a connection to Sarcone rolls. First, can you buy the rolls on a retail basis there? Second, is the deli anything out of the ordinary?
Thanks for any comments you may have.
Sarcone's Deli: You can buy rolls on a retail basis, but you should buy early before they run out of stock for retail. I have not purchased anything other than the rolls---but I have heard many compliments on the deli.
Carlino's is about a half a block away and you may enjoy a stroll through the store.
Sarcone's Deli - good quality hoagies on Sarcone rolls - they sometimes close early because they run out of rolls - also I don't think they are open in the evenings. No place to sit except in summer time when they have tables outdoors.
Olive Branch - I have only eaten there once - it was several months ago. I am ambivalent about this restaurant. The food was o.k. - the service I would term indifferent. We were the only 2 people in the restaurant for some time. We ordered and food came sporadically (as is wont to do at tapas restaurants) but the server would just say what it was (sometimes we understood, sometimes not) and plunk the dish down on the table - never took the used dishes off the table. I felt as if we were an imposition on their time. We never went back. However, I have friends who think it is a great place and had a quite different experience. So maybe we were there on an off night.
