Early lunch Monday after Christmas?

My wife and I have our one day away from our daughter on Monday, and we're going to be in Georgetown. I'd like to grab an early lunch (11:30 am) somewhere nice, maybe a burger at pub or a restaurant in one of the nice hotels. Nothing jumps out at me in my searching.

Any ideas?
