Weight Watchers: Have some eggnog!
I made a couple of versions of Points Plus healthy eggnog, and this is the one hubby and I liked.
4 cups Vanilla unsweetened Almond Milk ( I like Blue Diamond)
3/4 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup white sugar
1 1/2 tsp good vanilla
1 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg, or to taste
Blend it, or shake it or whip it to make it a little frothy and dissolve the sugar.
Points Plus value: 1 per half cup serving
Yes, you read right. One point. Yum.
Excellent point on the whiskey.
I will be back to counting points next Wednesday after almost three weeks of gluttony with very few workouts.
Right now though, I'm on the East coast and need to escape an overbearing (which doesn't even fully explain it) sister in law. We are holing up with a bottle of scotch to wrap presents, screw the points.
