Looking for restaurants open Christmas Eve

Anyone know of smaller restaurants open on Christmas Eve in Boston/Cambridge area or even along Rte 9/109 heading out to 495? Please no Chinese or Japanese (husband's caveat). 6pm to 9pm, although that may be later than places will be open. Thanks...

Aquitaine Bis in Chestnut Hill is open. Westbound side of Route 9.

Most hotel restaurants are, but we always go out to dinner on Christmas eve, and found quite a few more open than usual, with it being a Saturday. Check out OpenTable for a complete list.

Last year we went to the Beacon Tavern and it was pretty busy but not like you needed to make a reservation. Not a lot of places open on Christmas eve in the neighborhood.

We have spent a few Christmas Eves at Eastern Standard. Please check and confirm, but being attached to a hotel, they stay open (although they close early at 11 or midnight instead of 2am).
