Thanks for all your suggestions! I had a sister visiting from out of town who wanted to get this flour as a gift for my 15 YO nephew who likes to make pasta. We found it at DiBruno Bros. in Center City.

Claudio's in the Italian Market always has it.

Fante's in S Philly, I think. If you're in the northern burbs, we've gotten it at Bova Foods in Chalfont.

Wow, thank you. I never knew about Bova and their retail store. Here's the link if anyone else is interested.

I learned about Bova on this Board and love going there. I'm glad I could pass it on! In addition to 00 Flour, we also get dried and frozen pasta, cheese, meat, canned tomatoes, and tuna in olive oil there. It's a fun place!

If you aren't in a rush you can order from King Arthur Flour (www.kingarthurflour.com). They call it Italian Flour. I love it.

I've gotten it at DiBruno's in S. Philly before.
