Recommendations for Christmas eve dinner (prefer South Bay or Peninsula)

Wow xmas creep up on me and now realize that I need to book a table for 4 for Xmas eve dinner. I know procrastination brought me here to beg for Chowhounders help for suggestions. Would prefer something traditional (any Christmas goose dinner recommendations ?) but don't really want to face the traffic jam driving up to SF. Anything in the South Bay or Peninsula? THANKS!

Citrus at Hotel Valencia Santana Row or Arcadia may have something traditional (no special notation on website for Xmas). As for non-traditional, Opentable shows quite a few openings for a table of 4.

Afraid not, only drinks a long time ago. I was just guessing hotel restaurants may be serving a more traditional menu. Also, Fairmont's Grill on the Alley wasn't available on Opentable so figured they were booked. Happy Holidays and hope you enjoy your dinner where ever you end up!

Thanks! It might end up being a Chinese restaurant after all. Was able to get a brunch reservations for Christmas day at the Ritz Carlton Half Moon Bay so that will end up being the special meal.
