Any places for Xmas lunches?
Do you know any good places to have Xmas lunches, this year? ( turkey, stuffing, meat pie etc.)
The cafeteria at the Bay was not bad, last year; The one at the Peel pub used to be great. I do not think they have it this year.

I found a very good place to get a Xmas plate of turkey, meat pie, meat balls, mashed potatoes and carrots.

A lot of juicy slices of turkey; meat pie made with veal and pork, Meat balls with caramelized onions inside, good mashed potatoes and slices of carrots "al dente". for $16
Beer is offered at very good price and beer does not have a water aftertaste like we find at some other Pubs. -
Christmas plate started this week 26 nov 2012 at Brasserie Le Courtier, 362 Ste Catherine west.
Generous serving of roast turkey, cranberry sauce, meat balls, marinated beets, meat pie, industrial cretonnade, mashed potatoes. $15 plus tax and service includes carrot cake for dessert. Average in taste.
One draft beer at $7 is too expensive. -
