Looking for smoked fish for a party in Tempe vicinity (not Chompie's)

Having a party this weekend for about 20 people and looking to get some smoked fish, lox, whitefish, sable. Does anywhere within say 30 minutes of Tempe have a great selection/quality? I'm not a big fan of the offerings from Chompie's.

I've seen impressive slabs of smoked salmon and whole whitefish at Costco recently. My Costco is the one at Paradise Valley Mall.

I'd prefer to avoid Costco, Whole Foods and pretty much any other supermarket. Is there no upscale fish market or anything else out there?
