Are my egg yolks still good?
I have 6 yolks left over from another recipe on Saturday. They were stored in the fridge right away (4 in 1 container, 2 in another), and seem fine today, but I've always followed the 2-day rule, and here we are now on day 3. Was planning on using them in curd and a cookie recipe. If cookies, the dough is supposed to chill, so I'm not sure I want to try prolonging them further. Thanks.
