Vegetarian options in Cleveland, especially the Coventry area?

I have a vegetarian friend moving to Cleveland. I promised him I'd ask about vegetarian options there, especially in Coventry where has gotten an apartment, but any place in downtown Cleveland would be great. Thanks in advance for any help you can him.

Most restaurants in CLE have vegetarian options. Tree Country right on Coventry has several veggie Asian options. We do still love our meat and potatoes (or pierogies) around here, but your friend won't starve to death.

I agree with daffodilly. Lots and lots of options for vegetarians here.

The Greenhouse Tavern (and it's little sister restaurant Noodlecat) prides itself on offering a meaningful selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes.

The first place that comes to mind is Tommy's in Coventry. A vegan friend likes Flaming Ice Cube downtown. Aladdin's Eatery has many vegetarian options--many locations including Cleveland Heights. Bar Cento on W. 25th has some pizza selections that might fit the bill, depending on whether he eats dairy or not. I think many places will have vegetarian dishes available even if that is not their main focus. There are many places in the Tremont area also that will fit the bill though I'm not quite sure how convenient that is to Coventry.
