I've eaten at two of these restaurants, Coastal Flats and Sweetwater Tavern over the past few years.
My husband generally has steaks, and for me, crab cakes.
The food is excellent. The premises are clean. And I've never had anything but excellent service. These two are good/great value.

I'd try them all if they weren't out of my travel mileage.

I agree. For a local chain, I go there often as an easy place to please everyone. For me, there is something for everyone on the menu. Both men and women feel comfortable there.
