Do you mean m'A'crobiotic??? If so, "macro", with its yen and yang food groups is so much more in depth/stringent/limiting than vegetarian or vegan - you'd be better off getting one of many cookbooks and fending for yourself. There just aren't that many places that even know what it is, much less what it involves.
