Nursing a head cold in London

I've just arrived in London on holiday, w/ a list of new restaurants to try and old places to re-visit.

And I'm sick.

Thoughts about places w/ great soup or otherwise comforting fare?

Cha su ramen at Ten Ten Tei, Brewer Street.
A pint and a sausage roll next to the fire at the Southampton Arms, Highgate Road.
A plate of pierogi and a cup of borscht at Mamuska Polish greasy spoon, Elephant & Castle.
Crumpets with Tiptree jam, and a massive pot of tea, from Waitrose.

Ooh yes, love that borscht from Mamuska. It's only a pound for a large glass.

My husband turns to the Sam Ge Tang at Arirang when he feels like you do
http://www.ariranglondon.co.uk/menu_r... (number 72 on the online menu).
It's a super charged chicken soup with ginseng and other medicinal ingredients.
