Help! Hosting a small fundraiser in our SF home, need caterer.

We're having a last minute fundraising event at our home and I have a few questions for our experts out there:

1) Any recommendations for caterers who would be willing to help out at the last minute?

2) Any ideas for where I might be able to rent elegant dinnerware in SF?

3) Recommendations for someone who might be able to facilitate the serving process so we can mingle with the guests?
