Help with meals in London in April

My husband and I are comming to Englad mid April and will be spending most of our time in Bletchly with family. AT the end of our trip we will go to London for two nights (thanks BA and you wonderful deal!) We will be stating here:Hilton London Docklands Riverside
and our plans include the following: Monday, take the train from Bletchly to Londaon, stop at the hotel and go to Covent Garden (I can't wait to show him this place) We will need lunch that fternoon (breakfast will be at my cousin's) and dinner. WE are not super fancy, dress up types and prefer to go to buget places. We like most foods - no Indian or Middle Eastern please and I need suggestions for Monday plesase. Dinner can be at or near the hotel if possible. Tuesday breakfast is at the hotel and our plans incude the London Dungeon and the London Eye (cant wait for that) and we'll need lunch and dinner again. Wednesday we leave the country and will meet the rest of our party at Heathrow for a late-ish lunch before getting on the plane. The last time we were at Heathrow we ate at a air-y cafateria type plce that had good sandwhiches - perfect to e at at with the three kids who will be with us (one in a wheeelchair) I forget the name, but we were all happy there -anyone think they recall where I was talking about? One more thingplease. My husband LOVES Krispy Kreme. Is there one we can get to near where we might be? He'd be thrilled and we wont beable to stop when we fly in:( Thanks all.

There's a Krispy Kreme on Paddington station so if your getting the Heathrow express from/to Heathrow airport this might be an option.
As for the sandwich place at Heathrow it may well be the Pret A Manger which does do good sandwiches.

This website may help you find the restaurant you remember. There are 5 terminals at Heathrow and you didn't mention which one you're flying from. That might help with getting some suggestions.

There is a Krispy Kreme website. I think there are less locations than previously in London from the look of things. It only lists Liverpool St. (maybe the Tube station?) and the same for London Bridge. I guess the counter at Harrods is no more.
