best pesco-vegetarian friendly ethnic spots?

Just moved to town and had a very tasty meal at Bubbles and Bits--though going to sleep at night I was completely parched and am assuming it's from an MSG overload.

Sadly Congee is almost always made with meat stock no matter the final ingredients.
