Christmas eve: Chinese, Indian, Moroccan or 7 Fishes feast w/o rezzies?
Looking for unusual Christmas eve dinner
The Chinese should be -fancy- banquet hall ish. Something regal. What about the Lobby Bar at the Mandarin or Asiate?
OR
Indian but not on 6th street, also can't be Devi.
OR
Moroccan but must be festive, have belly dancers and great food. Le Souk? We will be with our 9 year old daughter so no drunk dancing on tables.
OR
Feast of the 7 Fishes without reservations?
I know, a tall order.
Ideas?
THANKS all!

Well, I think X-Mas eve is the busiest night of the year at Shun Lee... (full of my people before the movies) Not the best Chinese but festive and good and while not cheap at all, not the rip off that Mr. Chow is.
Indian - There is Amma and Chola in the East 50's... not the best but good and nice
Taboon is not clearly Moroccan but is similar and is nice if not festive and it is quite good
