Peking Duck Buns

Does anybody know where I can pick up those steamed buns that you get with Peking duck? In David Chang's Momofuku cookbook (in talking about these buns he serves with the pork belly), he mentions you can generally pick them up in bakeries in Chinatown. Thanks.

They're also sold frozen in bags. Try the freezer section of Hong Kong Super Market. To revive them from the frozen state, just steam for around 20 minutes total.
