Best beer prices in Bethesda-Chevy Chase area

I'm not so familiar with beer prices as I'm not a big beer drinker. I also don't live in the DC area so am also not that familiar with the store options to buy beers. I mainly know of Rodman's and Calvert. Can someone provide some recommendations for where to buy beer? I'd mostly be interested in Japanese beers like Asahi Super Dry, Sapporo, etc. and maybe some European imports. While Calvert is my go-to place for wine purchases, my vague recollection is that their beers seemed a bit steep in price, though I could be wrong.

I usually go to Magruder's -- but it is best to check the ads in the Post for sales. Chevy Chase liquor has a very wide selection. Rodman's beer prices are high.
