Seeking Lunch Between Hbg and Philly

I'm looking for a solid brunch/lunch place (roughly) midway between Philly and Harrisburg, preferably not too far off the turnpike. I'll be meeting family there the day after Christmas.

Hoping for a restaurant that's nice but not too pricey; not a chain; not a greasy spoon; and convenient to the turnpike. I'm thinking of something like a nice brewpub or similar with good sandwiches, soup, salads and such.

Thanks for your help!

Thanks for this, Stoudt's looks great and the location is perfect. I got two more recommendations (Nudy's in Downingtown, the Drafting Room in Exton) from chowhound's Philadelphia board, so I'll submit all three to my family and see which one gets the most votes.

I'll also report back here on how everything went.

      Thanks again!

On a Monday, Stoudt's might not be open at lunch. They used to be open for lunch on Fri/Sat/Sun. We have made plans similar to yours in the past but had to find a place other than Stoudt's on a weekday. It is possible things have changed. As a backup, we have enjoyed the Drafting Room and can recommend it.
