Getting Married - Blue Water Cafe for dinner - advice?

Hi everyone,

I'm getting married on Monday, and we have decided to go to Blue Water Cafe for dinner (non-traditional wedding, will be just the two of us, looking for some indulgence.) We picked it based on the great reviews, the fact that we love all things seafood and sushi and raw. We were wondering if there are any must try menu items, as it's unlikely we will be able to afford to go back again any time soon! Thank you :)

    Congratulations!

Bluewater is quite an indulgence butI don't think there is anything that is a "must try". Perhaps start with a selection of oysters, then move to a seafood tower, then sushi. If you like sake, ask if they still have a good selection (I noticed that their sake menu is gone from their website, They used to have the largest list in town).

Good call on the seafood tower, if only for the festive nature of it. They really look amazing as they go by your table (I've not sampled it, alas).

Congrats, Jayoss, all blessings on your union. May it be full of good things to eat together!

Great choice! Blue Water is fantastic! Make sure you try the Tsunami:
thinly sliced hamachi with jalapeno, ginger and sesame oil
