Great product for cleaning yeast dough bowls...
never posted on this board before. I bake alot of yeast breads/rolls. And I usually use a sponge/scrubber to wash the kneading/rising bowls. Then all the sticky dough stays on the sponge forever. Just bought 'Scotch-brite' 'Stay Clean' purple scrubbers. The package says 'Even eggs and cheese won't stick!' Haven't tried the scrubber with either of those, but it sure works on yeast doughs! I am very impressed.
