Penn ave fish co had a great ayce deal but no longer offer it. Tokyo sushi buffet near Ross Park mall was fine, but no where near as good as penn ave was. Any other ayce sushi deals in pgh that I don't know about!

  1. I know that Kiku in Station Square had ayce, but I think it was only one night a week. I'm not sure it they still do it, it's been several years since I've been there.

    1. Isn't that a little scary...discount sushi? Unless they charge you $50 I'd worry about the freshness of the stuff.

There is a point where sushi becomes catfish bait.

The only thing that scares me is paying $6 for two small slices of fish over rice. I've been to some great ayce places in my travels that make most of the places around here feel like highway robbery. These places are packed for lunch and dinner. If they were serving old and nasty fish they wouldn't be in business for long and wouldn't be packed. Check out Sushi Mon in Las Vegas on Yelp and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Over paying for something doesn't make it better. When Penn Ave Fish Co had their ayce deal I never heard anyone say it was akin to eating catfish bait.
