Every thread I click on is fully expanded, including those I haven't clicked on before

Making the boards entirely unreadable for me today, suddenly.

Under normal circumstances, a thread that you have never viewed / clicked on before should always appear fully expanded, as every post in that thread is "new". Was this not the case for you previously?

No, it wasn't. Never that I recall. I've had probs with threads I'm in and have read staying completely expanded for long after I leave and come back, but never had this happen that I recall. I'm always backwards and out of synch! It's possible that some of those are threads I was in very long ago, but in that case, they shouldn't have been fully expanded either.

This thread has remained uncollapsed completely for at least the past 24 hours... Those are not new posts for me. http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/8262...

Forgive me if I'm misunderstanding something, but assuming that there are no "New" posts in that thread at all, then the normal behavior is for the entire thread to be expanded. Does this describe what you are seeing? Or are all posts being expanded, with the "New" flag on some but not on others?
