Where to Find Baking Chocolate: Valrhona, Callebaut, Scharffen Berger (Wilmington, DE)

Any ideas where I can find any of these baking chocolates (or something similar) in the Wilmington area? Already struck out at Janssen's. I'm willing to travel into PA, but would like to avoid Philadelphia if possible.

Thank you for any suggestions.

    @travelmad478:

    Online is certainly an option, its just there is something about being able to actually touch/feel the product.

    @Janssens:

    Paula, thanks for the quick response. I was in Janssens on Saturday and one of your managers pointed me in the right direction. Callebaut is under a new name and SB is in the large end case. He informed that the distributer for our area is no longer carrying Valrhona! What a shame.

    @CindyJ:

    I will be in the Glen Mills area this evening, so I will stop in and investigate. Never thought about the Country Butcher; next time I am there, I will check.

    Thanks for all the responses.

      For future reference, the Fresh Market in Glen Mills, Pa -- close to the intersection of Rts. 1 & 202 -- has those baking chocolates. I think the Country Butcher in Kennett Square does, too.

        Hi, this is Paula from Janssen's Market. We do have Callebaut and Scharffen Berger baking chocolate. I'm sorry if you were given bad information if you called. Email me at info@janssensmarket.com.

          I'm surprised that Janssen's didn't have any of those. Maybe give Talula's in Kennett a call? Although I'm not sure they would have baking chocolate.
