What happend to Ba Xuyên?

Please help us solve this mystery. Went to Ba Xuyen last weekend and found half closed gates with all the pots outside? That was our favorite Banh Mi place and it was always busy. Hope they moved to a new location and somebody knows where. Thanks!

    they did a bit of renovation - new counters etc and were open on Saturday.

        Ba Xuyen serves the best bahn mi in New York City. Would be a huge blow to the culinary landscape if they were no more. I wish I lived close by, I'd be there every week
