Mini Loaf Recipes for Christmas Gifts

I bought a bunch of pretty mini loaf pans and I'm looking for some good recipes to make for them.
I have bought some Christmas Morning Tea to go with it. Does anybody know of any cake recipes that can be made into multiple mini loafs? In the past I have done Pumpkin Bread and Monkey Bread (not in the mini loafs) so I am looking for something perhaps my friends can enjoy on Christmas Morning, before or while opening gifts because we all know how long it takes and how hungry we are that we can't wait to have something!

i'd do some variations on a pound cake. some thoughts....
cream cheese pound cake with a lime cocoa butter drizzle
(since they're in season, and my favorite fruit) persimmon loaf
cocoa hazelnut pound cake
cardamom or speculaas spiced pound cake

Any quick bread recipe can be portioned into mini loaf pans. You will need to adjust baking times slightly. Lemon with a lemon syrup soak, zucchini and chocolate, gingerbread, banana, orange/cranberry.

Are you looking for a cake recipe or for a quick bread recipe. I would think that a lemon-poppy or cranberry-orange bread would be great.
