South St Burger at Bayview Village
I tried a cheeseburger today at the BV SSB, when I was famished. The patty had a slightly rancid, kind of freezer burnt taste. The bun and toppings were fine. I don't understand how or why a burger patty made fresh today, could remind me of a freezer burnt burger. Is that how their burgers always taste, or do they vary from day to day, location to location?
