Dim Sum with carts?

I need to take a friend to their first Dim Sum outing and they really want to try a place with carts.

My standby was always 3 Happiness in Chinatown, but it has been a very long time since I have been there. I have browsed the boards and am getting mixed reviews and conflicting information.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

I was recently with the family at 3 Happiness on a Sunday. Plenty of carts. The food was not amazing, but it was good and the whole experience fun for little ones.

Phoenix does have carts. It's good to arrive about an hour after service starts. The carts are in full swing but the room is not yet packed.

Phoenix, across the street from 3 Happiness, has gotten a bit pricey but is a reliable choice for a first timer.
