Mama's in the kitchen at Gradisca
A nice article in today's NYT about Gradisca and how the owner's mama flies in from Bologna a few times a month to make pasta for the restaurant. We've been there a few times when she is there and it;s always a treat. In fact, one time she was testing out a recipe for crema fritta (fried cream) and we were the recipients of the delicious test results.
