Pasteurized shell eggs?

mateo21 Dec 14, 2011 09:14 AM

The time is now upon us to create eggnog! I've been looking for pasteurized shell eggs in the local stores to no avail... (Metro Market & local Safeway). Does anyone know of a store the regularly stocks these Salmonella free gems? Thanks!

Yes, Uwajimaya and the WF in Bellevue & Redmond for sure. Town & Country and Central Market have them too, as does Chuck's Produce in Vancouver. (I know some of the distributors.)

I'm pretty sure I've seen them at QFC.

Davidson Safest Choice pastuerized eggs say they are available at Uwajimaya and 7 Eleven and Whole Foods. I would still call first.
