I dropped by LeoNora bakery on Sunday morning. The friendly owner, and one other woman, were making croissants and a variety of pastries at the time.
I picked-up a baguette and a pain de campagne. The former was still warm; both were good. The baguette has a fantastic, crackly crust and malleable interior. The texture of the pain de campagne was a little dense/heavy but otherwise quite tasty. My only real disappointment: no sourdough was available at the time...
