Good lunch spot between Tampa and Inverness off of Suncoast Parkway

Not sure of anything north of Citrus Towncenter. Anyone know of anything good before I get too far north and selections become even more limited?

I have made the trip from Tampa Airport to Inverness and/or Ocala many times over the last several years. We always stop at Papa Joe's in Brooksville. They have awesome pizza and very good food. We have celebrated birthdays there. I took my mother there several times and my brother in law is first generation Italian American, lives in Inverness, and loves this place.

Take Suncoast to Hwy50 and head East. Spring Lakes Hwy is on the right and the restaurant is just off the intersection. From the Restaurant, get back onto 50 and head East to 41 and that takes you right into Inverness.

There are a few chain places at Hwy 54. There is Nouvelle Cuisine in Spring Hill, pretty interesting. Biguns BBQ off Cortez Blvd. is kind of classic

Is there even civilization along that stretch?

It's been a few years since I drove that way, but yowza - they would have had to build a LOT in last few years to even consider it inhabited.
