Looking for quail!

Where can I find fresh quail in Atlanta?

Your Dekalb Farmer's Market on E. Ponce. Totally meatworthy place.

That said, I glanced yesterday and didn't see any. I'll admit that I wasn't being particularly thorough. It was like the calm before the storm- I'm sure that it'll be completely nuts there closer to Christmas.

They're usually between the turkey/turkey sausage area and the chicken area. And you're right - i'll YDFM Tuesday EARLY. Weekends are crazy, Mondays usually understocked. Good luck (and tasty eating!)

I saw maybe a goose and some duck parts. No quail jumped out at me.

I was pretty shocked that it was that sparse people-wise the weekend before Christmas.

YDFM is probably the best bet. I did see frozen ones at Publix.

Your Decatur Farmers Market carries them.
