baker's "couche" (linen) source in NYC?

i'd like to buy a baker's "couche" in nyc (rather than mail order.) this is a long piece of linen that artisan bakers use to shape their bread as it proofs.

i know about ny cake and baking, but don't love the spot and they focus more on pastry anyway, it seems to me.

any other BRICK AND MORTAR sources in nyc?
