Another kind of greens from the Asian market.Can't find any info online searching for the term "montoy."
Anyone recognize this?
That looks like "choy sum" or 菜心. Sometimes called Chinese Flowering Cabbage.
It tastes a lot like (American) spinach.
It must be "mong toi," or Vietnamese spinach.
Just bought some. Tastes like a slimy spinach. Thicker leaves than spinach, but can be eaten raw.
