rub my steak

i am trying to duplicate a java steak rub. having trouble with the porportions.

        Recipe:
        6 T Ground Coffee
        2 T Coarse Salt
        2 T Paprika
        2 T Brown Sugar
        2 T Coarse Pepper
        2 t Onion Powder
        2 t Garlic Powder
        1 t Coriander

          I do a steak rub with coffee, my own mix. I grind the coffee extra, extra finely add s & p, onion & garlic powder. Might add the paprika now too but not the sugar or coriander.
          Our son and his buddies did the just coffee thing whilst camping, but we found chewing the grounds a little of a pain.
