Bigos (Hunter's Stew) in Chicago?
A Chicago expat friend of mine posted pictures of his bigos on facebook and now I want to try it:

Now that it's winter, is there a restaurant serving good bigos? I saw some recipes on the boards and an old discussion (pretty sparse) from 2007, but perhaps there are more suggestions now. Some place farther NW on Milwaukee perhaps?

Chicago is certainly Bigos territory.
http://www.smaktak.com/restaurant.htm calls it Hunter's Stew.
Other good choices:
Staropolska at 3028 N. Milwaukee
Podhalanka at 1549 W. Division (not as far NW as you request, but worth seeking out)›1 Reply-

Oh it wasn't a request, I just happened to notice more Polish places farther up Milwaukee. I've been to Podhalanka once and it was good but didn't see the Bigos on the menu (it wasn't quite cold yet though).
Thanks for the recs! (Just moved here so am still learning the lay of the land).
