winery holiday schedules in Penedes and Priorat

My wife and I will be staying in Sitges from xmas through New Years. I am interested in visiting wineries in Penedes and Priorat during that time but am concerned that many may be closed for holidays that week. Any advice would be appreciated.

You could email the wineries and ask. Here's a link to Torres with info on 3 sites: Penedes, Milmanda and Priorat. On one site, it specifically says that they are closed on Sundays and holidays.
