Ambler-- going into the old beer distributor building (239 E. Butler Pike)

Anyone know what is going into the old beer distributor building near Kropt Motors (which is becoming a Bottom Dollar Food store in spring 2012)? I see signs on the brick building, but the artistic rendering makes the sign impossible to read.

It's my understanding from a reliable source, that it will once again be a beer distributor. No drive thru this time around though. Cheers !
