It is not complete or extensive but searching the web for some of these mushrooms and how to best eat them is torture. This is a good starting list.
Pretty much he just sautees the mushrooms in butter. He had a tip about freezing mushrooms that I'm going to try. After sauteeing, spread them on a cookie sheet and freeze. Frozen mushrooms can be reheated in a microwave or skillet or just added to a dish.
