Wine Country restaurant suggestions needed . . .

My boyfriend and I will be visiting Napa/Yountville in January and are looking for restaurant suggestions. We're from NYC and want to make sure we hit up great restaurants on vacation. After factoring in travel time from the airport we'll arrive in Yountville (staying at Hotel Yountville) around 1-2 p.m. on Friday and will need to head out Monday morning to catch an early afternoon flight.

So far I was thinking of Bottega for Friday dinner and Redd for Saturday dinner, but we still need a Sunday dinner option. Bistro Jeanty also looks intriguing but I keep seeing mixed reviews. I'm skipping Bouchon - I've also heard mixed reviews, but from close friends who have been in the last six months.

Other restaurants that have been recommended include Cindy's Backstreet Kitchen, Ad Hoc (would love to try this but I think I missed out on the reservation window) and Boon Fly Cafe for weekend brunch.

We still need to schedule winery tours/tastings so I'm not sure how much time we'll have on Saturday/Sunday for lunch options.

Jeanty's great if you like classic French bistro food, but you can get that at home.

You can sit at the bar at Ad Hoc without reservations.

You didn't find mixed reviews of Bottega?

I would recommend heading up to Calistoga for JoLe...
