So we're going to Taipei and want some really good ideas for meals there. We don't speak Chinese so I don't know how much of an issue that's going to be...

Another issue: my Husband is a vegetarian. Do most restaurants in Taipei have some vegetarian options? He isn't averse to broths and stocks and sauces with fish/meat bases, but he just doesn't want to bite into anything that was once alive.

We're going to be staying in Zhong Shan District so any options closer to there are welcome. Also reccos for night markets please!
