Paris - What's Open (and Good!) Between Christmas and New Year?

I have a reservation at Chez Julien - is anything else good open this last week of the year? A few years ago we ate at Dome du Marais - is that place still good?

We were there for a bit over a week last year between Christmas and New Year's. We didn't really aggressively eat at lots a starred Micheline restaurants this trip, although we did eat at l'Atelier de Joel Robuchon, but we found that very few restaurants were closed.
