I'm going out to dinner this weekend with a friend who's on a diet. Does anyone have suggestions for healthy restaurants, preferably one with low carb options? We're looking for a mid-high range type of place around West Village, Greenwich Village, Tribeca, Union Square or Flatiron area. Thanks!
"...mid-high range" is not specific enough. Give us your per person budget for food only.
With regard to "healthy restaurants," unless a place has nothing but pasta on the menu, just about any restaurant can work. Your friend would have to avoid any carbs and actively practice portion control.
