Best foie gras dish
I have a special meal coming up and I love my foie gras in any way or fashion! Standouts have been the foie gras with lentils at Pintxo and a foie gras creme brulee at Christophe. So, tell me where I can have another foie gras epiphany in Montreal.

Sorry I didn't notice this earlier. Plogue à Champlain at Au Pied de Cochon is possibly the greatest FG dish ever invented. It's on the menu, but call and confirm they are serving it. FG, heritage ham, buckwheat pancakes, maple syrup,... If a fight breaks out at a neighboring table, chances are they were sharing this dish.
Flickr it and look at Claudines photo. Yes that is FG on the top...

I am always amazed at the foie gras poêlé served at La Colombe.
A quote from LC:
"For a special occasion, I'd wholeheartedly recommend the hot foie gras. It will add $22 to your bill, but the portion is the most generous I have ever seen, and the combination of honey sauce and gingerbread served with this crisp-exteriored and pudding-centred liver is scrumptious."
