American Cheese in Sayville
A little cheese shop on Main Street (27-A) a mile or so to the west of Sayville village.
In addition to being a small but nice cheese shop, they serve some pretty amazing panini. They'd stopped serving them for a bit (time constraints) but had it again this past weekend; I'm not sure if they've returned permanently or not, but I'll keep track. The day's offering was a mozzarella, sundried tomato, garlic olive oil, and balsamic glazed panino.
