I'm from and live in portland and am looking for a good bakery that makes gluten free birthday cakes as my little girl will be turning one this month and I want to get her a great cake. I looked at Beaverton bakery website, but I didn't see any gluten free choices.

Crave in Lake Oswego makes awfully good gluten free baked goods.

The owner recently won Cupcake Wars...against NON-gluten-free competitors! That's kind of impressive.

Piece of Cake. pieceofcakebakery.net - SE 13th off Tacoma. Just over the Sellwood Bridge. Expensive, but very good, and this is coming from a guy who's not at all gluten free but eats these with pleasure.

Beaverton Bakery easily has not only the best cakes in the Portland area, but amazing gluten free options as well!

Dessert Tray, a block or so east of Beaverton Bakery, has a wonderful flourless chocolate cake
