xmas gift help - great place in East TN?

I love turning to food given my lack of ideas for gifts :)

My folks live in Kingsport, and I'd like to set them up with a very nice meal in East Tennessee as a Christmas present. I'd say ~$175 would be the target price. They would have no problem traveling to Knoxville if necessary. Thanks for any advice :)

Town House in Chilhowee (I think that is spelled correctly) is receiving outstanding reviews and it is just about Bristol so not too far and Abingdon - so not too far

If steak and potatoes are more their type, Peerless Steak House just up I-26 in Johnson City is a well established classic restaurant.
