Small Plates or Small Bites in North End or near ICA

Heading to the North End area on Thursday night and also going to the ICA. Can anyone recommend a restaurant for small bites, small plates or a good bar menu either in the North End or near the ICA?

Try Trade, the new(ish) Jody Adams place. Just over the bridge from the ICA.

Damiano's menu consists entirely of small plates. It's right on Hanover and one of my favorite restaurants in the NE.

The first floor of Legal Harborside has some interesting appetizers that I don't hate.

There are appetizers up on the the 3rd floor roof bar at Legal Harborside, too.

It's my understanding that the third floor has a very limited menu. Never been up there, though. Plus, are they going to keep that open during the winter?
